It is important that the extent of the work is clearly stated at the site visit and before work starts so that issues of conflict do not arise later or when the work is completed.
Please identify and clarify the nature and extent of the work to be done. This will enable the tradesmen to complete the task with a minimum of time, expense and confusion, whilst leaving you, our customer, satisfied with the outcome.
Plumbing
Plumbers are one of the most commonly used tradespeople. Anything from leaking taps and fixing central heating systems to major projects such as kitchen and bathroom replacements and renovations.
All work involving gas installations is carried out by Gas Safe certified contractors for your safety and peace of mind.
Plastering
Plastering is another job for which many homeowners need the services of an expert. We offer internal plastering and external rendering work finished to the highest standard.
Electrical Work
All electrical work is carried out by fully Part P certified contractors who provide a clean, efficient service and have worked with Malcolm and his team on many projects.
Hard Landscaping
Fencing, patios, decking, paving and hard landscaping are another area where we can help. We are happy to supply a no obligation quotation for your outside projects.
